What is the startup cost ?
Investment required
An investment of $10 000 to $15 000 will be required to start each local franchise. This will buy 15 PMDs and supply all the initial costs necessary to get going.
The profits will be split based on the following -
o If the local franchisee puts up 100% of the investment, the profits will be split 70:30 – franchisee:lumisigns
o If the local franchisee puts up 50% of the investment, the profits will be split 60:40 between Lumisigns:Franchisee
PMD packages
4 sizes of PMD are available –
o 17” PMD - $500/PMD giving an initial investment of $10 000 - Each advert slot will be charged at $100
o 22” PMD - $600/PMD giving an initial investment of $13 000 - Each advert slot will be charged at $150
o 32” PMD - $750/PMD giving an initial investment of $15 000 - Each advert slot will be charged at $200

The local franchisee sells the ad space, negotiates local ad location rental and maintains the PMDs
